House Prices in Tangshan increased both on Year-on-year Basis and Month-on-month Basis in January 2018-02-26

On February 24, the sales price change of residential houses in 70 large and medium-sized cities in January 2018, released by the National Bureau of Statistics, indicated that the prices of newly-built commercial houses (excluding affordable housing) in Tangshan rose 6.9% on year-on-year basis and 0.7% on month-on-month basis in January.

In January 2018, the prices of second-hand houses in Tangshan held the line on month-on-month basis and rose 3.3% on year-on-year basis.

In January, the prices of newly-built commercial housing respectively decreased 1.2% and 0.1% in Beijing and Tianjin, and increased 2.6% and 5.8% in Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; besides, Beijing increased 0.2%, Tianjin decreased 0.5%, Shijiazhuang increased 0.1% and Qinhuangdao increased 0.8% on month-on-month basis.

For the second-hand houses, their prices respectively decreased 3.1%, 1.8%, 0.2% and increased 5.4% in Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; and on month-on-month basis, Beijing decreased 0.6%, Tianjin increased 0.6%, Shijiazhuang decreased 0.4% and Qinhuangdao held the line.

In January 2018, for the newly-built commercial houses, the prices of small apartments below 90 square kilometers and large apartments above 144 square kilometers respectively rose 5.9% and 7.8% on year-on-year basis; for the second-hand houses, their prices respectively rose 3.5% and 1.6% on year-on-year basis.
