House Prices in Tangshan increased both on Year-on-year Basis and Month-on-month Basis in February 2018-03-21

On March 19, the sales price change of residential houses in 70 large and medium-sized cities in February 2018, released by the National Bureau of Statistics, indicated that the prices of newly-built commercial houses (excluding affordable housing) in Tangshan rose 6.7% on year-on-year basis and 0.2% on month-on-month basis in January.

In February 2018, the prices of second-hand houses in Tangshan rose 0.1% on month-on-month basis and rose 3.5% on year-on-year basis.

According to the data, in February, the prices of newly-built commercial housing respectively decreased 0.3% in Beijing, and increased 0.6%, 2.7% and 7.0% in Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; besides, Beijing decreased 0.3%, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao respectively increased 0.1%, 0.1% and 0.6% on month-on-month basis.

For the second-hand houses, their prices respectively decreased 4.6%, increased 0.2%, held the line and increased 5.0% in Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; and on month-on-month basis, Beijing decreased 0.5%, Tianjin increased 0.7%, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao increased 0.2% and 0.5%.

According to the data of house classification from National Statistics Bureau, in February 2018, for the newly-built commercial houses, the prices of small apartments below 90 square kilometers and large apartments above 144 square kilometers respectively rose 6.5% and 7.3% on year-on-year basis; for the second-hand houses, their prices respectively rose 3.9% and 2.6% on year-on-year basis.
