House Prices in Tangshan rose Both on Year-on-year Basis and Month-on-month Basis in April 2018-05-21

In April, the sales price change of residential houses in 70 large and medium-sized cities, released by the National Bureau of Statistics, indicated that the prices of newly-built commercial houses (excluding affordable housing) in Tangshan rose 4.9% on year-on-year basis and 0.7% on month-on-month basis.

According to the data, in April, the prices of newly-built commercial housing (excluding affordable housing) decreased 0.3% in Beijing, and respectively raised 0.6%, 2.7% and 7.3% in Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; besides, Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao respectively raised 0.2%, 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.7% on month-on-month basis.

In April 2018, the prices of second-hand houses in Tangshan decreased 0.1% on month-on-month basis and raised 2.0% on year-on-year basis.

In terms of the second-hand houses, their prices respectively decreased 6.9%, 0.6% and 0.4% in Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, and raised 3.6% in Qinhuangdao on year-on-year basis; and on month-on-month basis, Beijing decreased 0.1%, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao respectively raised 1.7%, 0.4% and 0.6%. 

According to the data of house classification from the National Bureau of Statistics, in April 2018, for the newly-built commercial houses, the prices of small apartments under 90 square kilometers and large apartments over 144 square kilometers respectively raised 4.2% and 5.3% on year-on-year basis; and for the second-hand houses, their prices respectively raised 2.8% and 0.4% on year-on-year basis.
