House Prices of Tangshan Rose in August According to the Latest Statistics from National Bureau of Statistics 2018-09-19

 The National Bureau of Statistics announced on September 15 that the price changes of residential sales in 70 large and medium-sized cities in August this year showed that the price of new commercial housing (excluding affordable housing) in Tangshan rose by 9.6% on year-on-year basis and 2.9% on month-on-month basis.

In August of 2018, the second-hand residential prices of Tangshan rose by 1.1% on month-on-month basis and 4.6% on year-on-year basis.

The data shows that in August, the prices of new commercial housing (excluding affordable housing), Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao rose by 0.2%, 1.6%, 6.5%, 10.7% respectively on year-on-year basis. Besides, Beijing held the line, and Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao respectively rose 0.2%, 0.9%, and 2.8% on month-on-month basis.
 
In terms of second-hand housing price changes, Beijing decreased by 2.6%, and Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao increased 5.8%, 5.0%, and 7.2% respectively on year-on-year basis. For the month-on-month basis, Beijing held the line, and Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Qinghuangdao respectively rose 0.8%, 1.1%, and 2.2%.
 
According to the housing classification data from National Statistics Bureau in August of 2018, small apartment below 90 square meters of Tangshan City’s new commercial housing rose 7.2%, large apartments above 144 square meters rose 8.7% on year-on-year basis; small apartment below 90 square meters of second-hand housing, increased by 5.7%, and large size of 144 square meters or more increased by 2.3% compared with the same period of last year.
