North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital (referred to as the Affiliated Hospital for short) is a comprehensive Class-A tertiary hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. It is also a construction unit of the regional medical center in northeastern Hebei and the only provincial-affiliated hospital in Tangshan. In 2017, it was awarded the title of “Advanced Collective in the National Health and Family Planning System”. In 2022, it successfully passed the re-evaluation as a Class-A tertiary hospital by the Health Commission of Hebei Province. There are 938 personnel with doctoral or master's degrees.
