The total investment of the project is 3.6 billion yuan, and the park covers an area of 500 acres. It is mainly used for the construction of rosewood industrial park, including a timber trading area, a warehousing and logistics area,a research and development department center and a manufacturing and processing area. It has twelve functions, such as log sales, wood processing, logistics, wood carving handicraft production, material identification, information release, Rosewood Culture Expo, e-commerce, commodity information collection, commodity supply and demand regulation, product development, and comprehensive services. More than 1000 kinds of items are provided.

The total investment of the project is 3.6 billion yuan, including investment in fixed assets 2 billion yuan. The source of funds is enterprise self-financing.

Ⅳ. Economic Benefit Analysis

After the project is completed, rosewood industrial park will be the center of the redwood industry in the northern region. It can achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, a profit of 18 million yuan, a tax of 100 million yuan, and 10,000 new jobs.

Zunhua City regards the development of rosewood industry as a new path for the masses to start business and increase income. A production and sales system has formed,which involves the product innovation, design, processing, production, sales and display services of rosewood cultural products, and there are more than 50 rosewood manufacturing enterprises, which effectively promote the economy growth. Zunhua city was named "The cultural inheritance of Chinese court furniture" by Chinese Woodworks Culture Committee and the China Rosewood Classical Furniture Council, becoming the only city in China to receive this title.
