The development of commercial aerospace must gradually move from the original aerospace components to industrial COTS components, and reduce costs on the basis of ensuring stability. This also requires the cooperation and common development of private commercial aerospace enterprises.

The manufacturing technology of the whole bottom zero main weld can help to manufacture the rocket structure with high quality, low cost and short cycle. The zero main weld at the bottom of the tank can greatly improve the pressure bearing capacity of the tank, reduce the failure risk and manufacturing cost of the tank bottom, and reduce the weight of the tank bottom by more than 5%. In addition, the whole bottom manufacturing process can be greatly optimized. The processing process is optimized from the original 23 to 9, the cycle is reduced by more than 30%, the tooling input cost is reduced by about 35%, and the equipment man-hour cost is reduced by about 40%.

After completion, it can supply 20-30 rocket core components annually. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan within three years.
