Born in September 1969, Han nationality with a diploma of on-the-job graduate, master's degree of science. As a member of the Communist Party of China, he is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Tangshan Municipal Committee, vice mayor of Tangshan (in charge of standing work of the government) and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group.
