These two products represent Shougang’s ongoing efforts to drive iterative upgrades in high-end non-oriented soft magnetic materials tailored for new energy vehicles and humanoid robots.

ESW8517 is precision-engineered to align with future high-speed motor trends. It sets an industry record with iron loss of just 7.9 watts per kilogram at 400 Hz, while its comprehensive magnetic performance metrics for 0.1mm thickness lead the world. With a yield strength of 490 MPa, it boosts motor safety by 11%, injecting robust momentum into the evolution of high-speed motors and the new energy vehicle industry. 20RSW175 is an ultra-high magnetic induction non-oriented soft magnetic material specifically designed for humanoid robots. It achieves a magnetic induction intensity of 1.75 teslas, delivering a 1.6% increase in torque and a 27% reduction in iron loss compared to conventional products. These properties effectively meet the growing demand for high torque density and high power density in frameless torque motors for humanoid robots.
