On September 18, the "Converge Green Intelligence, Pioneer a Carbon-Neutral Future – International Green Chemical Technology Achievements Matchmaking Event" was held in the Haigang Economic Development Zone. The event was jointly organized by the Tangshan Science & Technology Bureau and the Administrative Committee of the Haigang Economic Development Zone. Three internationally renowned experts were invited to deliver special reports: British Royal Academy of Engineering Fellow Angus Black, Professor Liu Zhenyu from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Associate Professor Ashraf Ali from Henan University of Technology.

This event established an exchange platform connecting international high-level expertise with the technological needs of chemical enterprises in Tangshan, facilitating the local adoption of advanced international technologies and promoting technological innovation and development in Tangshan's chemical industry. The participating experts also conducted field visits to Zhonghao Chemical and the Kailuan Pilot Base, and held discussions with enterprise representatives on innovation of the green chemical technology and the commercialization of achievements in laying a solid foundation for future precise collaboration.
