Tangshan Shadow Puppetry Park, located in the area south of Nanhu Avenue within the Nanhu Scenic Spot, covers an area of approximately 225,000 square meters. Taking shadow puppetry—one of the "Three Flowers of Eastern Hebei"—as its main design element, the park draws inspiration from the concepts of "Dancing Shadow Puppetry, Marching Tangshan" and "The Oldest Animation, The Most Stylish Shadow Puppetry," integrating intangible cultural heritage into the daily life. It stands as an unique non-motorized parent-child theme park in northern China. By extracting Tangshan's intangible cultural symbols and creating an IP image of the "Shadow Puppet Rabbit," the park features original parent-child scenes, facilities, and interactive experiences. It aims to become a first-class outdoor comprehensive parent-child park with unique craftsmanship and the most beautiful urban oxygen-bar micro-vacation destination in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, attracting families and groups with kids and teenagers from Tangshan and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for entertainment, experience, research, and vacation.
