Qinglong Mountain Scenic Area is located in Luanzhou City, Tangshan, 9 km away from the Zhenzi Town Exit of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway. It is currently a national AAAA-level scenic area and a key scenic spot in Hebei Province.

Originally named Qingliang Mountain (Cool Mountain), Qinglong Mountain earned its name from the refreshing breeze and dense pine-cypress forests that create a cool environment even in midsummer, making it a renowned summer resort. Later, Taoist beliefs identified Qingliang Mountain as the "Left Green Dragon" (symbolizing the east) of Beijing, leading to its renaming as Qinglong Mountain (Green Dragon Mountain). As a branch of the Yanshan Mountains, it stretches north-south with nested peaks and surrounding ranges, forming a magnificent landscape known as "Ten Thousand Peaks Paying Homage to the Core".

The area features profound red revolutionary history, traditional Chinese cultural inheritance, and splendid human history, and boasts lush landscapes, complete facilities, simple folk customs, fertile fields, and rich tourism resources.
